Human Resource Development & Regional Revitalization Centered on Facilities

From the planning stage of redevelopment and other projects underway throughout Japan, Congrès Inc. proposes the role and benefits of MICE and engages in urban planning that makes use of MICE.
As a designated manager, we manage and operate international convention centers, exhibition halls, cultural complexes featuring theaters and concert halls, as well as international convention halls, and sports arenas hosting a variety of events including sports competitions, live music performances, and MICE events all across Japan.

A Featured Case

Human Resource Development for Local Businesses
Dejima Messe Nagasaki

Dejima Messe Nagasaki, which opened in November 2021, is a MICE facility that Congrès helps to manage through PFI (private finance initiative). In parallel with preparations for the opening, we held a seminar targeting local businesses, organized in collaboration with local banks and officials from Nagasaki City Hall, to understand the business opportunities arising from the establishment of MICE facilities, and an empirical experiment on the utilization of unique venues for events.
