Sports Business Conference
HALF TIME Conference 2022 Vol. 2 was held by HALF TIME, Ltd. in a hybrid format combining Congrès Square Nihonbashi and online. This conference highlights both the present and future of the sports business. As a partner of this event, we cooperated with the venue.
Exhibition Venue for the Latest Technologies
“Haneda Smart City EXPO 2022 Autumn” was held by Haneda Future Development Co., Ltd. at HANEDA INNOVATION CITY, with Congrès Square Haneda in zone J of the facility as the venue sponsor, where talk sessions, VR attractions and exhibitions were held.
Japan Drone held in the Kansai Region for the first time

“Japan Drone / The International Advanced Air Mobility Expo” to be held in December 2024 in Kansai. Under the theme of “Beyond 2025 - Beyond the Expo,” we will support efforts to realize the commercial operation of flying cars and business matching for social implementation beyond the Expo.

Knowledge Capital - Congrès Convention Center
Congrès has joined as a sponsoring company in the “DISCOVER MYSELF” project, organized by the Osaka Business Development Agency, which supports the initiative of empowering female entrepreneurs. This project targets women entrepreneurs in the Kinki region, comprising seven prefectures. Congrès provided the “Knowledge Capital - Congrès Convention Center” as the venue.
Diversity Mix Contest of High School Students
The Best of Teen is a diversity mix contest for high school students. As a sponsor, Congrès offered Congrès Square Haneda as the venue for the event, which aimed to help foster high school student leaders regardless of race or gender.

Knowledge Capital - Congrès Convention Center
Specialized exhibition & conference “Sports Business Japan” starting from 2016 as a platform for “Promoting Sports Business” and “Regional Revitalization through Sports.” The event was held in Osaka with the aim of helping to develop and deepen the sports business in the Kansai region.
Thanks Party for Fans by W League (Women’s Japan Basketball League) Team
Congrès endorsed the mission of the Tokyo Haneda Vickies team of the W League (Women’s Basketball Japan League), which is to “Walk alongside the community and bring more vitality to everyone,” and provided venue support for their “Thanks Party.” We will continue to work together for local revitalization and community contributions in the future.
Assisting as a Venue for Training Sessions and Grading Examinations
Fully aligned with the “Master our mind” philosophy of NPO World Karate Organization Shinkyokushinkai, and with the three pillars of nurturing youth, social contribution, and international exchange, we supported the World Karate Championship as a sponsor. At its Seminar in Congrès Square Haneda, the main hall was transformed into a dojo and used to host the grading examination, including the assessment through ‘10-person Kumite.’
As Locations for Filming Movies and Dramas
WOWOW’s Drama Series "Fixer"
In the WOWOW drama series “Fixer,” Congrès Square Haneda was used for filming hospital scenes. In the climax of Episode 3, actors including the protagonist were shown heading to the special ward. Additionally, in Episode 4, partitions were installed in the lounge of Congrès Square Haneda, recreating the waiting room of the special ward.
NTV Drama Series “Next Door Nurse Aid”
In the second episode of the NTV drama series “Next Door Nurse Aid,” a press conference scene was filmed. A stage was set up in Hall 2, and projectors, screens, and spotlights were used to recreate the atmosphere of the press conference venue.
Kansai TV-Fuji TV Drama
“Tokumei! Keishicho Tokubetsu Kaikei-gakari”
In the climax scene of the Kansai TV-Fuji TV drama “Tokumei! Keishicho Tokubetsu Kaikei-gakari” Episode 11, sets were prepared in Halls 1 and 2. Projectors displayed conference materials on screens, and panels were set up using art batons to recreate the atmosphere of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department’s main conference room.

Holding an Innovation Event for the Entire Town
An event gathering start-ups and major companies involved in advanced technology was held to commemorate the grand opening of “HANEDA INNOVATION CITY,” the large-scale complex facility where Congrès Square Haneda is located. At Congrès Square Haneda, highly specialized business exhibitions, conferences, pitches, and experiential content tailored for businesses and corporations were conducted.
With the Building Management Company and Tenants
Pre-seminar commemorating the “31st General Assembly of the Japan Medical Congress 2023 Tokyo Expo” was held in Congrès Square Nihonbashi. Approximately 50 employees from our company, along with representatives from Tokyo Building Co., Ltd., the management company of the Tokyo Building Nihonbashi where Congrès Square Nihonbashi is located, and tenants of the building, attended a lecture by breast cancer specialists.
