          Team Building for Facility Staff

          AOAO SAPPORO

          AOAO SAPPORO, an urban aquarium in Sapporo, Hokkaido, conducted “riddle-solving training” for customer service staff for the purpose of team building. The key points were to solve the puzzles together and act and think together. The questions covered various topics, so participants could use their own strengths and engage in conversation as they headed to the different mission sites. The event served to deepen the team’s bond.
