The Preparatory Meeting of the Global Fund 5th Replenishment was held in Tokyo on 16-17 December 2015. This high profile meeting was attended by some 150 participants from around the world including Ministerial level delegates.
I was delighted with the level of service provided by Mr. Masahiko Hagiwara and his team. From coordinating transportation for VIPs, to organizing complex audiovisual requirement, to providing event management support during the Preparatory Meeting, all tasks were completed to perfection which contributed to the very smooth execution of the event overall.
